  • 2: Wait For Pick-Up Confirmation

    Once you place your order and select your pick-up time, please wait for the pick-up confirmation.

  • 3: Pick-Up at 10AM or 2PM

    Our pick-up time slots are at 10AM and 2PM on days the deli is in operation. At this time, we are unable to accommodate other pick-up slots.

Deli Llama FAQ

When will my order be ready?

Orders require a minimum preparation time of 48 hours. Please select your pick-up date at the time of checkout, including your preferred time of 10am or 2pm.

Can I come pick up my order at any time?

Our order pick up times are specific to 10am and 2pm on days the deli is open. Please note that orders must be placed 48 hours advance.

Can I order beverages and tea/coffee ahead?

While we do not offer online ordering for certain items, our team would be happy to prepare your favourite coffee, tea, or smoothie when you pick up your order at the deli.

I don't see a deli item that I've had before online, how come?
